Hosted Exchange accounts may now be added to any domain with even greater flexibility. Provide specific users with Exchange, while other users continue to utilize our standard email services. Exchange features include: Exchange - Outlook Integration, Complete Outlook Collaboration, Real-Time Anywhere Access, Free Outlook 07 / Entourage 08 and Webmail Access.

Urchin 5 has been installed on all web servers, and is now included with all web hosting packages. "Urchin 5 analyzes traffic for one or more websites and provides accurate and easy-to-understand reports on your visitors - where they come from, how they use your site, what converts them into customers, and much more."
